Let the Triple Digits Begin!!

We have a new boyband. Here is our album cover,
look for it to drop in a few months in stores near YOU!
Hello everyone!! You might have guessed because of the subject line, but yes, it did hit 100 degrees this week. It has been in the 90's most of the
time, so yeah things are heating up in more ways than one! We found about 10 new people to teach this last week and were super busy, so things are going awesome.

So something that was super awesome this week: every Thursday night
we hold a Book of Mormon class, where members and investigators alike come and we read and discuss a chapter of the Book of Mormon. This week Sisters Oka and Madriz brought a new investigator named Daniel, who is a boss. It was his first time coming and had only met with missionaries once before this class. Apparently he keeps asking the sister missionaries if they are single....haha that is pretty funny. Anyways, that
is not the point. We were going through 2 Nephi 25, and talking about what we need to do to prepare for the second coming of Jesus Christ. We went through the Gospel of Jesus Christ (Faith, Repentance, Baptism, Receiving the Gift of the Holy Ghost, and Enduring to the End). (Contact the local missionaries or your friendly neighborhood
Mormon friends to learn more) He was super into it. He was asking tons of questions and was super engaged, and at the end said he wanted to be baptized! To seal that, Marc, a recent convert in the room, bore his testimony and shared his story, and bam!! It was so powerful. The Book of Mormon helps us all to come closer to Christ! Read it!!

Kids from the group home! Straight awesome.
We have been teaching kids in the group home this week, and they are the craziest but most awesome kids on the planet. I will send a picture of the kids and us when we took the easter baskets last week. Anyways, we had a really awesome lesson on the gospel of Jesus Christ this week, and 5 of them are now working towards baptism on May 20th!! (Shout out to my little bro Mason, that is his birthday). So that was pure awesome.

Also, this week we had some awesome lessons with Kyra, our investigator who is being baptized on Saturday ( shout out to my homie Kyra Dean 😎 #SameName) and we had an awesome experience with her at church yesterday. She had such a cool experience and learned a lot, and even enjoyed gospel principles (even though there was a crazy lady who kept bringing up witchcraft and voodoo). #SouthPhoenixLife  Kyra said the lessons were really powerful for her. She asked me to give a talk at her baptismal service and to give her a blessing to give her the gift of the Holy Ghost. Also, she associates me with Spider Man, so that is cool I guess.

I am out of time, but I know God lives! I know Jesus is the Christ, and that they love every single one of you! I know that through prayer, church attendance, and scripture study we will feel that love. Try it out everyone! You all are awesome, and I hope you have a great
week.
